Digital Citizenship is a concept which helps teachers, technology leaders and parents to understand what students and technology users should know to use technology appropriately.

4- Student performance is consistently above current grade level expectations a evidenced by independent application of concepts & skills.
3- Student performance is consistently at grade level expectations and may on occasion be above grade level as evidenced by independent application of concepts & skills.
2- Student performance is beginning to and occasionally does meet grade level expectations or student requires support to meet grade level expectations.
1-Student performance is consistently below grade level expectations.
